# Stammdaten vorbereiten

## Stammdaten vorbereiten

Gute Stammdaten verhindern die meisten Uploadfehler.

### Debitor und Lieferadresse

Pflegen Sie Firmenname, Ansprechpartner, Straße mit Hausnummer, Postleitzahl, Ort, zweistelligen Länder-/Regionscode, E-Mail und Telefonnummer. Für US-Adressen kann zusätzlich der Bundesstaat erforderlich sein.

### Artikel

Pflegen Sie mindestens:

* **Nettogewicht**
* aussagekräftige Beschreibung
* bei Exportartikeln **Zolltarifnummer**
* **Ursprungsland**
* bei Gefahrgut die vollständige DHL-Express-Klassifizierung

### Firmen- und Exporteinstellungen

In der DHL-Konfiguration können Sie EORI, USt-IdNr., Standard-Exportgrund, Ort des Incoterms und ein Standard-Ursprungsland hinterlegen. Fehlt die USt-IdNr. dort, verwendet die App nach Möglichkeit die Firmeninformationen.

### Gewicht beachten

Die Paketgewichtseinheit und die Gewichte der Positionen müssen zusammenpassen. Bei automatischer Labelerstellung wird das Gewicht aus Auftrags- bzw. Artikelzeilen ermittelt. Prüfen Sie besonders Artikel ohne Nettogewicht und manuelle Auftragszeilen.

Für Zollsendungen müssen Mengen ganze Stückzahlen sein. Dezimalmengen werden von DHL Express für die übermittelten Zollpositionen nicht akzeptiert.
