## Verbindung und Absender einrichten

### Assistent öffnen

Öffnen Sie in der Verkaufsauftragsliste **DHL Drucken > DHL Konfiguration**. Alternativ suchen Sie nach der DHL-Konfiguration.

### Modus und Zugang

* **Sandbox:** Testumgebung. Verwenden Sie diese für Einrichtung und Abnahme.
* **Live:** Produktivumgebung. Hier erzeugen Sie echte DHL-Sendungen.
* **API-Benutzername:** MyDHL-Express-API-Schlüssel.
* **API-Passwort:** zugehöriges API-Geheimnis.
* **API URL:** normalerweise leer lassen. Die App verwendet abhängig vom Modus automatisch den richtigen Standard-Endpunkt.

### Konto und Absender

Tragen Sie die **DHL Express Kontonummer** ein. Sie muss 6 bis 12 Zeichen lang sein. Ergänzen Sie Name, Straße, Zusatz, Postleitzahl, Ort, zweistelliges Land, E-Mail, Telefon und Kontaktperson.

Wenn Sie eine **Shipper Reference** aus dem DHL-Absenderbuch verwenden, müssen Bezeichnung und Schreibweise exakt mit MyDHL übereinstimmen. Die Absenderadresse wird dann aus der DHL-Vorlage bezogen und ist im Assistenten nicht mehr bearbeitbar.

### Verbindung prüfen

Wählen Sie **Verbindung testen**.

* **Connection Successful:** Zugang ist grundsätzlich erreichbar.
* **Connection Failed:** prüfen Sie Modus, Zugangsdaten, Leerzeichen und die Erlaubnis für HTTP-Client-Anfragen.

Ein erfolgreicher Verbindungstest bestätigt den Zugang. Ob ein bestimmtes Produkt, Zielland oder eine Zusatzleistung buchbar ist, wird erst bei Tarifabfrage oder Sendungserstellung geprüft.
