## Handelsrechnung, Paperless Trade und DDP

### DHL-Handelsrechnung anfordern

Aktivieren Sie **Handelsrechnung anfordern**, wenn DHL für zollpflichtige Sendungen eine Handelsrechnung erzeugen soll. Die App fordert dann automatisch die elektronische Paperless-Trade-Übermittlung an. Nach erfolgreichem Upload können Sie die Zollrechnung herunterladen.

### Eigenes Zolldokument verwenden

Öffnen Sie das Paket vor dem Upload und wählen Sie **Eigenes Zolldokument anhängen**. Unterstützte Dokumentarten sind:

* Rechnung
* Proforma-Rechnung
* Handelsrechnung
* Zollerklärung
* Ursprungszeugnis

Das PDF wird beim Upload elektronisch an DHL übertragen. Ein bereits hochgeladenes Paket kann nicht nachträglich um ein Zolldokument ergänzt werden.

### DDP – Absender zahlt Zölle und Steuern

Bei Incoterm **DDP** ergänzt die App automatisch den DHL-Dienst für bezahlte Zölle und Steuern. Normalerweise wird das Absenderkonto belastet. Soll ein anderes DHL-Konto zahlen, tragen Sie die **Zoll-/Steuerkontonummer** ein.
