# Zollsendung vorbereiten

## Zollsendung vorbereiten

Eine Warenlieferung außerhalb des EU-Zollgebiets benötigt Zollangaben. Das gilt insbesondere für **GB**, **CH** und **US**. Ein leerer Lieferländercode wird als Inland behandelt; pflegen Sie ihn deshalb korrekt.

### Erforderliche Angaben je Warenposition

* verständliche Zollbeschreibung
* Einzelpreis größer als null
* Menge größer als null und als ganze Zahl
* Gewicht größer als null
* möglichst Zolltarifnummer / HS-Code
* Ursprungsland

Die App verwendet vorhandene Werte in dieser Reihenfolge: spezielle Zollangabe der Paketposition, Verkaufszeile, Artikelkarte und – beim Ursprungsland – den Standard aus der DHL-Konfiguration.

In der aktuellen BC-14-Oberfläche sind Paketpositionen auf der Paketdetailseite nicht eingeblendet. Der verlässlichste Endanwenderweg für internationale Warenlieferungen ist deshalb die automatische Labelerstellung aus vollständig gepflegten Verkaufs- und Artikelzeilen. Wenn eine manuelle Sendung Zollpositionen vermisst, wenden Sie sich an Ihre Administration oder den Support.
