## Tarif, Abholung, Tracking und Dokumente

### Tarif abrufen

Wählen Sie auf der Paketzeile **DHL Express Tarif abrufen**. Gespeichert werden Betrag, Währung, Zeitpunkt und der von DHL zurückgegebene Service. Eine fehlende Preisangabe kann bedeuten, dass Produkt, Strecke oder Konto nicht zusammenpassen. Die Tarifabfrage bucht **keine** Abholung.

### Abholung

Ob eine Abholung gebucht wird, steuert **Abholung anfordern am Paket**. Die Einstellung in der Konfiguration ist nur der Standard für neue Pakete.

Wenn Abholung aktiv ist, übermittelt die App Close Time, Ort und Hinweise aus der Konfiguration. Nach erfolgreicher Buchung wird eine Abholbestätigungsnummer gespeichert.

Same-Day-Pickup: Anmeldung typisch bis **14:00**. Close Time im Kurierfenster (oft bis **16:30**, empfohlen `16:00`). Nach dem Cutoff: Geplantes Versanddatum auf den nächsten Werktag setzen oder Abholung am Paket deaktivieren.

Ist Abholung am Paket aus, wird nur die Sendung erstellt. Organisieren Sie die Abholung dann außerhalb der App.

### Tracking

Nach erfolgreichem Upload können Sie **DHL Tracking öffnen** wählen. Fehlt eine von DHL gelieferte URL, verwendet die App die DHL-Sendungsnummer für die Tracking-Seite.

### Dokumente

* **Versandaufkleber herunterladen:** nach erfolgreichem Upload.
* **Zollrechnung herunterladen:** nur bei zollpflichtiger Sendung und angeforderter DHL-Handelsrechnung.
* **Frachtbrief herunterladen:** nur wenn die Option vor dem Upload aktiviert war.
* **Eigenes Zolldokument anhängen:** ausschließlich vor dem Upload; PDF wird elektronisch an DHL übermittelt.

Die Paketübersicht in der gebuchten Verkaufsrechnung ist schreibgeschützt. Dort können Sie vorhandene Sendungen nachvollziehen und Dokumente ausgeben, aber keine Paketdaten mehr ändern.
