## Tarif, Abholung, Tracking und Dokumente

### Tarif abrufen

Wählen Sie auf der Paketzeile **DHL Express Tarif abrufen**. Gespeichert werden Betrag, Währung, Zeitpunkt und der von DHL zurückgegebene Service. Eine fehlende Preisangabe kann bedeuten, dass Produkt, Strecke oder Konto nicht zusammenpassen.

### Abholung

Wenn **Abholung anfordern** aktiviert ist, übermittelt die App späteste Abholzeit, Ort und Hinweise. Nach erfolgreicher Buchung wird eine Abholbestätigungsnummer gespeichert.

Ist die Option deaktiviert, wird nur die Sendung erstellt. Organisieren Sie die Abholung dann außerhalb der App.

### Tracking

Nach erfolgreichem Upload können Sie **DHL Tracking öffnen** wählen. Fehlt eine von DHL gelieferte URL, verwendet die App die DHL-Sendungsnummer für die Tracking-Seite.

### Dokumente

* **Versandaufkleber herunterladen:** nach erfolgreichem Upload.
* **Zollrechnung herunterladen:** nur bei zollpflichtiger Sendung und angeforderter DHL-Handelsrechnung.
* **Frachtbrief herunterladen:** nur wenn die Option vor dem Upload aktiviert war.
* **Eigenes Zolldokument anhängen:** ausschließlich vor dem Upload; PDF wird elektronisch an DHL übermittelt.
