| -------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| System | Business Central Online, version 28. For questions about your Business Central version, [contact us](/differenzbesteuerung/differenzbesteuerung_en_us/help/support.md). |
| Transactions | Documented German domestic transactions and eligible acquisitions without input VAT deduction. The original sale uses supply-based taxation (Sollbesteuerung). Cash-basis taxation (Istbesteuerung) is not supported. |
| Currency | EUR as local currency, cent rounding and nearest VAT rounding. An additional reporting currency is not supported. |
| Goods | One complete object with base quantity 1 per document line. Serial/lot tracking and fixed item application must match the actual object. |
| Standard setup | Customers, vendors, items, locations, posting groups, accounts, number series and permitted posting/VAT periods must be configured. |
| Output | Review the invoice and credit memo layouts and each electronic output route actually used. |
| Languages | German and English user interface and documentation. The supported business scope remains German domestic transactions. |
| Other systems | No other solutioo app, Shopware connection or middleware is required. |

International/EU transactions, foreign currency, special acquisitions, new vehicles and arbitrary historical migrations are outside the stated initial scope. Check the goods and acquisition evidence before posting. An industry template does not establish eligibility. ## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.solutioo.de/differenzbesteuerung/differenzbesteuerung_en_us/start/requirements.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
