# Installation und Berechtigungen

**Ziel:** Die App ist installiert und Ihre Mitarbeitenden können die benötigten Aufgaben ausführen.

1. Stimmen Sie die Installation mit Ihrem Business-Central-Administrator und solutioo ab. Beginnen Sie in einer Sandbox, damit Sie die Einrichtung mit Ihren Abläufen prüfen können.
2. Öffnen Sie **Erweiterungsverwaltung**. Prüfen Sie die App **Differenzbesteuerung**, den Herausgeber **solutioo** und die vereinbarte Version.
3. Weisen Sie für die Einrichtung `MARGIN TAX ADMIN SOU` und die benötigten Standardrechte zu. Die Administratorrolle schließt `MARGIN TAX USER SOU` ein.
4. Weisen Sie für tägliche Buchungen `MARGIN TAX USER SOU` sowie die erforderlichen Standardrechte für Einkauf, Verkauf und Buchhaltung zu. Die App-Rolle ergänzt diese Standardrechte.
5. Prüfen Sie mit einem Benutzer der vorgesehenen Rolle, ob er die Einrichtung öffnen und die benötigten Belege bearbeiten kann.

**Ergebnis:** Die App erscheint in der Erweiterungsverwaltung. Ihre Benutzer haben die für ihre Aufgaben benötigten Berechtigungen.

Die Benutzerrolle kann Einrichtung und Nachweise lesen. Steuerliche Nachweise sind gegen direkte Änderungen geschützt. Für Einrichtung, Jahreswahl und freizugebende Bestandsvorgänge werden Administratorrechte benötigt.
