Nein. Die Aktion setzt Uploadstatus, Sendungsnummer, Tracking und Etiketten in Business Central zurück und protokolliert den Vorgang intern. Sie sendet keinen DPD-Stornoaufruf. ### Warum bekomme ich bei einer Rückholung kein Label? Das ist korrekt. Bei einer Collection Request erstellt das abholende Depot den Paketschein. Business Central speichert die DPD-Referenz statt eines Labels. ### Warum zeigt der Einrichtungsassistent weniger Felder? Der Assistent deckt die Grundeinrichtung ab. Versandmaske, Teillieferungen, Smart Packing, Tracking, Diagnose und weitere Betriebsoptionen werden auf **DPD Konfiguration** gepflegt. ### Gehören Ladeliste, Handelsrechnung und Höherversicherungsdokument zu „Alles drucken“? Nein. **Alles drucken** öffnet den Etikettenbericht und bei Gefahrgut zusätzlich das Beförderungspapier. Ladeliste, Handelsrechnung und Höherversicherungsdokument bleiben separate Aktionen. ### Wo sehe ich mehrere Etikettenseiten? Öffnen Sie den Paketkopf und prüfen Sie **Etikettenseiten**. Bei Gefahrgut folgt im Bericht auf das Versandetikett der Gefahrgut-Beizettel. ### Wie viele Gefahrgutpositionen werden je Paket übertragen? Bis zu vier. Weitere Gefahrgutpositionen müssen auf zusätzliche Pakete verteilt werden. ### Warum stoppt ein Gefahrgut-Upload trotz vorhandener UN-Nummer? Prüfen Sie Verpackungscode beziehungsweise Verpackungsgruppe und Gefahrgutgewicht. Fehlt eine dieser Pflichtangaben, stoppt der Upload bewusst. ### Welche Funktionen brauchen Premium?
