# B2C & Predict-Benachrichtigung

## B2C & Predict-Benachrichtigung

Bei **B2C/Predict** erhält der Empfänger eine Benachrichtigung per E-Mail, SMS oder Telefon mit dem Zustellzeitfenster.

### Voraussetzungen

**Einmalig:** Funktion **B2C / Predict** in der [Konfiguration](/dpd-connector-premium/verbindung-and-konfiguration/funktionen-aktivieren-feature-toggles.md) aktivieren.

| Damit Predict funktioniert | muss gesetzt sein                                               |
| -------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Benachrichtigungskanal     | **DPD Predict Kanal** = E-Mail / SMS / Telefon (nicht „Keiner") |
| Zieladresse                | **DPD Predict Wert** = E-Mail-Adresse oder Telefonnummer        |
| Sprache                    | **DPD Predict Sprache** (Standard DE)                           |

Diese Felder pflegen Sie als **Standard am Debitor** ([Debitor-Einrichtung](/dpd-connector-premium/beleg-and-stammdaten-optionen/debitor-einrichtung.md), Gruppe *Predict/Benachrichtigung*) und/oder direkt am Auftrag bzw. Paketkopf (*Notification Channel/Value/Language*).
