# Höhere Versicherung

## Höhere Versicherung

Standardmäßig sind DPD-Sendungen bis zu einem festen Betrag abgesichert. Für **werthaltige Sendungen** können Sie einen höheren Versicherungswert melden (Höherversicherung).

### Voraussetzungen

**Einmalig:** Funktion **Höherversicherung** in der [Konfiguration](/dpd-connector-premium/verbindung-and-konfiguration/funktionen-aktivieren-feature-toggles.md) aktivieren (*Enable Higher Insurance*). Erst dann erscheinen die Versicherungsfelder am Paket.

Der Versicherungswert lässt sich auf mehreren Ebenen vorbelegen – die spezifischste Angabe gewinnt:

| **Artikel**   | *Requires Higher Insurance*, *Insurance Value (EUR)* | Standardwert für einen bestimmten Artikel |

| **Auftrag**   | *DPD Versicherungswert (EUR)*                        | Wert für die konkrete Bestellung          |
| **Paketkopf** | *Insurance Amount* (**in Cent**), Währung, Inhalt    | tatsächlich gesendeter Wert               |

**Achtung Einheit:** Am Paket wird der Versicherungsbetrag in **Cent** gespeichert, nicht in Euro. Damit die Versicherung greift, muss *Insurance Amount* **größer als 0** sein.

Erfassen Sie den Wert am Auftrag bzw. Paketkopf – oder lassen Sie ihn aus dem Artikel-/Debitor-Standardwert vorbelegen.

**An DPD senden**, dann **DPD: Höherversicherung drucken** („Anmeldung zur Höherversicherung") bzw. **Alles drucken**.

### Beispiel

**Situation:** Versand eines Geräts im Wert von 1.500,00 EUR.

1. Am Artikel *Requires Higher Insurance = Ja* und *Insurance Value = 1500* pflegen.
2. Beim Paket wird *Insurance Amount* automatisch mit **150000** (Cent) und Währung **EUR** vorbelegt.
3. Nach dem Upload das Formular **Anmeldung zur Höherversicherung** über **Alles drucken** ausgeben.
