# Paketshop-Zustellung

## Paketshop-Zustellung

Das Paket wird nicht an eine Adresse, sondern an einen **DPD Paketshop** geliefert, wo der Empfänger es abholt.

### Voraussetzungen

| Damit …                   | muss …                                                                           |
| ------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Paketshop-Produkt wählbar | Produkt **DPD Parcelshop** (bzw. Parcelshop Small / Shop-to-Shop) aktiviert sein |
| Upload möglich            | eine **Paketshop-ID** am Auftrag/Paket hinterlegt sein                           |
| Benachrichtigung          | eine **E-Mail-Adresse** des Empfängers vorhanden sein (DPD-Pflicht)              |

### Schritt für Schritt

Aktion **DPD: Paketshop suchen** (am Auftrag, Debitor, in der Versandmaske oder über das Rollencenter → **Paketshop Finder**).

Passenden Shop auswählen. Meldung: *„Paketshop '…' (ID: …) auf den Auftrag übernommen."*

Gewicht beachten (Paketgrenze, max. 31,5 kg), **An DPD senden**.
