# Retoure (Rücksendung)

## Retoure (Rücksendung)

Bei einer Retoure wird der Kunde zum **Absender** und Ihr **Retourenlager** zum Empfänger.

### Voraussetzungen

Retourenpaket im DPD-Versand kontrollieren und **An DPD senden**. Bei hinterlegter Kunden-E-Mail wird das Retourenlabel automatisch versendet.

Auf der **Einkaufsreklamation** die Aktion **DPD Retoure** verwenden – öffnet die Versandmaske im Retouren-Modus.
