# Internationale Sendung und Zoll

Für Ziele außerhalb der EU-Zollunion benötigt DPD zusätzliche Zolldaten und in der Regel eine Handelsrechnung.

## Voraussetzungen

* Absender-EORI und gegebenenfalls USt-IdNr. in der [DPD-Konfiguration](/dpd-connector-premium/verbindung-und-konfiguration/dpd-konfiguration-feldreferenz.md)
* Lieferbedingung, Ausfuhrgrund und gegebenenfalls Empfänger-EORI am Debitor
* HS-Code und Ursprungsland am [Artikel](/dpd-connector-premium/beleg-und-stammdaten-optionen/artikel-einrichtung.md)
* Zollwert, Währung, Rechnungsnummer und Wareninhalt am Beleg

#### Zollbereich öffnen

Bei einem Non-EU-Ziel erscheint der Bereich **Zoll / International** in der Versandmaske.

#### Positionen vorschlagen

Übernehmen Sie die Belegpositionen. Prüfen Sie je Position Beschreibung, Menge, HS-Code, Ursprungsland, Wert und Gewicht.

Wählen Sie den vertraglich vereinbarten Incoterm und den zutreffenden Ausfuhrgrund.

Beheben Sie fehlende Pflichtangaben, bevor Sie die Sendung übertragen.

#### Handelsrechnung separat erzeugen

Nutzen Sie nach erfolgreichem Upload die eigene Aktion **Handelsrechnung**.

### Beispiel Schweiz

Für eine Lieferung in die Schweiz pflegen Sie am Artikel HS-Code und Ursprungsland, am Debitor etwa DDP oder DAP und im Zollkopf Zollwert, Währung sowie Ausfuhrgrund. Die Summe der Zollpositionen muss zum Zollwert passen.

## Häufige Fehler

* keine internationalen Zolldaten: Zollkopf und Positionen anlegen
* fehlender HS-Code oder Ursprung: Artikelstamm ergänzen und Positionen neu vorschlagen
* abweichender Zollwert: Kopf und Positionen abstimmen
* fehlende EORI: Absender- beziehungsweise Empfängerdaten prüfen
