# Retoure (Rücksendung)

Bei einer Retoure wird der Kunde zum Absender und Ihr Retourenlager zum Empfänger.

Eine Retoure und eine Rückholung verfolgen dasselbe Ziel, haben aber einen anderen Ablauf.

Business Central erzeugt ein Rücksendeetikett. Der Kunde erhält das Label und gibt das Paket selbst bei DPD ab oder nutzt einen vereinbarten Rückgabeweg.

DPD wird aktiv zur Abholadresse des Kunden bestellt. Das abholende Depot erstellt den Paketschein; Business Central erhält eine DPD-Referenz, aber kein eigenes Label.

### Retoure mit Label

Prüfen Sie Kundenadresse als Absender, Retourenlager als Empfänger, das Retourenprodukt und das passende Depot-/Retourenkonto. Stellen Sie das erzeugte Label dem Kunden sicher bereit.

### Rückholung

Nutzen Sie **DPD Direktversand**, aktivieren Sie **Rückholung (Collection Request)**, pflegen Sie Abholadresse, Datum, Menge und optional das Zeitfenster. Wählen Sie ein Konto mit Zweck **Retoure** oder **Versand und Retoure**.
