# Status und Tracking verfolgen

Nach erfolgreichem Versand speichert Business Central die DPD-Sendungsnummer und zeigt den letzten bekannten Status.

## Manuelle Prüfung

* Öffnen Sie **DPD Pakete** oder **DPD Tagesabschluss**.
* Wählen Sie **Status aktualisieren**, um den Status neu abzurufen.
* Wählen Sie **Paket verfolgen**, um die DPD-Verfolgung zur Sendungsnummer zu öffnen.

## Tracking-/POD-Push

Der automatische Tracking- und Zustellnachweis-Push benötigt Premium sowie die eingerichtete externe Anbindung. Prüfen Sie bei ausbleibenden Ereignissen Zugang, Zeitplan, Protokoll und Zuordnung der Sendungsnummer.

## Mehrpaket-Sendungen

Jedes Paket besitzt eine eigene Sendungsnummer. Verfolgen Sie bei Abweichungen nicht nur die MPS-Gruppe, sondern jedes betroffene Paket.

## Rückholungen

Eine Collection Request liefert eine **DPD-Referenz statt eines Labels beziehungsweise einer normalen Paket-Sendungsnummer**. Nutzen Sie diese Referenz für Rückfragen zur Abholung.

Ein leerer oder alter Status bedeutet nicht automatisch, dass DPD die Sendung nicht kennt. Aktualisieren Sie zuerst und prüfen Sie anschließend das API-Protokoll beziehungsweise die Push-Anbindung.
