# Vom Auftrag zum Etikett

Das ist der Kernablauf, der für alle DPD-Produkte gilt. Die produktspezifischen Besonderheiten finden Sie auf den jeweiligen Unterseiten.

Der Kernablauf gilt für Standard-, Gefahrgut- und Mehrpaket-Sendungen.

#### Auftrag vorbereiten

Prüfen Sie Lieferadresse, Versandlager, DPD-Produkt, Menge zu liefern sowie Artikelgewichte und Versandmaße.

#### Grafische Versandmaske öffnen

Öffnen Sie am Verkaufsauftrag die DPD-Versandmaske. Kontrollieren Sie das aufgelöste Depot-Konto, Absender und Empfänger.

#### Pakete bilden

Nutzen Sie Smart Packing oder legen Sie Pakete manuell an. Weisen Sie jede zu versendende Menge genau einem offenen Paket zu.

#### Produkt und Zusatzdienste prüfen

Die Maske bietet nur aktivierte Produkte und zulässige Optionen an. Bei Gefahrgut muss das Gefahrgutprodukt ausgewählt sein.

#### Validierung abschließen

Jedes Paket benötigt ein Gewicht. Gefahrgut benötigt UN-Nummer, Verpackungsangabe und Gefahrgutgewicht. Ein Paket über 31,5 kg wird abgewiesen.

#### An DPD senden

Nach erfolgreicher DPD-Antwort werden Sendungsnummer, Status, Etikett und gegebenenfalls MPS-ID gespeichert.

#### Dokumente vollständig drucken

Drucken Sie alle Etikettenseiten. Bei Gefahrgut folgt der zusätzliche Gefahrgut-Beizettel auf das Versandetikett. Erzeugen Sie außerdem das ADR-Beförderungspapier.

Verwenden Sie **Sendung stornieren** nur zum Zurücksetzen in Business Central. Die Aktion sendet keinen DPD-Storno.
