# Depot-Konten (Multi-Mandant)

## Depot-Konten (Multi-Mandant)

Mit **DPD Depot-Konten** versenden Sie über **verschiedene DPD-Zugänge** (eigene Delis-ID/Passwort und Absenderdaten) – ideal für Mehrmandanten- oder Fulfillment-Szenarien. Statt immer die Hauptkonfiguration zu nutzen, wird pro Sendung das passende Depot-Konto herangezogen.

### Felder (Auswahl)

| **Kopf**             | Code, Beschreibung, Verwendungszweck, Aktiv, Standard               |
| **DPD-Zugangsdaten** | Delis-ID, Passwort, Sendedepot, Sandbox-Modus, Token/Gültigkeit     |
| **Absenderdaten**    | Name, Adresse, Kontakt, EORI, USt-IdNr.                             |
| **Retourenlager**    | eigene Rücksendeadresse                                             |
| **Konfiguration**    | Ausgabe-/Papierformat, Nachrichtensprache, Standard-Absenderadresse |

### Verwendungszweck

Über den **Verwendungszweck** steuern Sie, wofür ein Konto als Standard gilt:

* **Versand**
* **Retoure**
* **Versand & Retoure**

Pro Verwendungszweck kann genau ein **Standard**-Konto gesetzt werden.

### Token & Verbindung

#### Zugangsdaten hinterlegen

Delis-ID und Passwort des Depot-Kontos eintragen. Alternativ **„Aus Konfiguration übernehmen"** nutzen.

#### „Token laden / Verbindung testen"

Das Konto meldet sich über eine temporäre Konfiguration bei DPD an und speichert Token, Gültigkeit und Sendedepot – **ohne** die Hauptkonfiguration zu verändern.

In der **Sandbox** teilen sich alle Konten denselben Testbenutzer. Konten mit **gleicher Delis-ID** wie die Hauptkonfiguration übernehmen deren gültiges Token, statt sich neu anzumelden.

### Zuordnung zur Sendung

Das Depot-Konto wird am Paket gesetzt. Es kann aus dem **Artikel** (Feld „DPD Depot-Konto") automatisch abgeleitet oder in der Versandmaske gewählt werden. Depot-Konto und feste Absenderadresse schließen sich gegenseitig aus.
