# Printing Shipping Labels

After creating shipping labels (see [Creating Shipping Labels](https://docs.solutioo.de/dpdconnector/dpdconnector_en_us/creating-and-printing-shipping-labels/versandaufkleber-erstellen)), you have **two options** for printing them:

1. **Individually** from within the Sales Order
2. **In bulk** from the Sales Order Overview

## **Printing Individual Shipping Labels**

You can print a single label in two ways:

#### **1. Download the Label as a PDF and Print Separately**

To download a shipping label for an individual sales order, click the *“Download Label”* button located next to *“Upload Packages.”*\
Depending on your browser settings, the label will open as a **PDF file in a new tab** and be saved to your computer.\
You can then print it like any standard PDF document.

#### **2. Print the Label Directly from Business Central**

In the *“DPD Order Packages”* section, switch from the *“Manage”* tab to the *“Print”* tab.\
Here, you can print the shipping label **directly from within Business Central**.

If multiple packages have been created for this sales order, you can choose to print **only the selected label** or **all labels** associated with the order.

A **Business Central report pop-up window** will then open.

The **report layout “DPD\_Labels.rdlc”** is optimized specifically for DPD shipping labels.\
You only need to insert the appropriate **label sheets** into your printer and configure the printer once.

## **Printing Shipping Labels in Bulk**

From the **Sales Orders Overview**, you can print any number of shipping labels at once — provided that a label has already been generated for each order.

1. In the overview, select the desired sales orders using **Ctrl/Command** or **Shift**.
2. Go to **Print/Send >DPD Label Print**

1. The remaining steps are identical to the process described above. [#printing-individual-shipping-labels](#printing-individual-shipping-labels "mention").
