# Höhere Versicherung

Standardmäßig sind DPD-Sendungen bis zu einem festen Betrag abgesichert. Für werthaltige Sendungen können Sie einen höheren Versicherungswert melden (Höherversicherung).

## Voraussetzungen

**Einmalig:** Funktion **Höherversicherung** in der Konfiguration aktivieren. Erst dann erscheinen die Versicherungsfelder am Paket.

Der Versicherungswert lässt sich auf mehreren Ebenen vorbelegen. Die spezifischste Angabe gewinnt:

**Achtung Einheit:** Am Paket wird der Versicherungsbetrag in **Cent** gespeichert, nicht in Euro. Damit die Versicherung greift, muss der Versicherungsbetrag **größer als 0** sein.

#### Versicherungswert setzen

Erfassen Sie den Wert am Auftrag bzw. Paketkopf oder lassen Sie ihn aus dem Artikel-/Debitor-Standardwert vorbelegen.

#### Senden und Formular drucken

Wählen Sie **An DPD senden** und anschließend die eigene Aktion **DPD: Höherversicherung drucken** („Anmeldung zur Höherversicherung"). Das Formular gehört nicht zu **Alles drucken**.

### Beispiel

**Situation:** Versand eines Geräts im Wert von 1.500,00 EUR.

1. Am Artikel **Höherversicherung erforderlich = Ja** und **Versicherungswert = 1500** pflegen.
2. Beim Paket wird der Versicherungsbetrag automatisch mit **150000** (Cent) und Währung **EUR** vorbelegt.
3. Nach dem Upload das Formular über **DPD: Höherversicherung drucken** ausgeben.
