# Boxen und Smart Packing

Smart Packing schlägt anhand von Artikelmenge, Gewicht, Versandmaßen, Boxen und Gefahrgutmerkmalen eine Paketaufteilung vor.

### Boxen einrichten

Pflegen Sie je Box einen eindeutigen Code, Innenmaße, zulässiges Gewicht und geeignete DPD-Produkte. Unvollständige Maße oder unrealistische Gewichte verschlechtern den Vorschlag.

### Analyse und Übernahme

1. Öffnen Sie die grafische Versandmaske.
2. Wählen Sie **Smart Analyse**.
3. Prüfen Sie Artikelanzahl, Gesamtgewicht, empfohlene Pakete, Box und ADR-Punkte.
4. Wählen Sie **Vorschlag übernehmen**.
5. Kontrollieren Sie Inhalt und Gewicht jedes Pakets.

### Gefahrgut

* Gefahrgut wird aus den tatsächlich zugewiesenen Artikeln je Paket ermittelt.
* **Gefahrgut je UN-Nummer trennen** erzeugt getrennte Pakete für unterschiedliche UN-Nummern.
* Die Maske zeigt Gefahrgutpakete und ADR-Punkte in der Analyse.
* Die Grenzwerte je Paket und Beförderungseinheit stammen aus der DPD-Konfiguration.
* Fehlender Verpackungscode beziehungsweise fehlende Verpackungsgruppe oder fehlendes Gefahrgutgewicht stoppt den Upload.

Die Trennung nach UN-Nummer ist besonders sinnvoll, wenn am Packplatz eine eindeutige Zuordnung und getrennte Kennzeichnung erforderlich ist. Stimmen Sie die ADR-Sollwerte mit Ihrem Gefahrgutbeauftragten ab.

### Manuelle Korrekturen

Sie können Artikelmengen zwischen offenen Paketen verschieben, ein neues Zielpaket anlegen und ein Paketgewicht manuell setzen. Ein manuelles Gewicht wird nicht durch die automatische Neuberechnung überschrieben, bis es wieder zurückgesetzt wird.

### Grenzen

* maximal 31,5 kg je Paket
* hochgeladene Pakete können nicht umgepackt werden
* nur offene Mengen werden neu verteilt
* die Empfehlung ersetzt nicht die fachliche Gefahrgutprüfung
