# Inoxision Archive Connector

Search and open documents that already live in the Inoxision archive.

## What the app does

The **Inoxision Archive Connector** lets you search Business Central for documents that are already stored in the Inoxision archive and open them from there. Start from **Inoxision Search**, or from a customer, vendor, or posted invoice and credit memo.

{% hint style="info" %}
Posting a document registers it locally for the archive. This version does not upload the PDF. Search and open apply to documents that are already in the archive.
{% endhint %}

## What you can do

* Search the archive by keyword, document type, document number, address number, and date range
* Start that search from a customer, vendor, or posted document, with the number already filled in
* Open a result as a document
* See that a posted document has been registered for the archive

## What you need

The connection runs through a connector hosted on Microsoft Azure. In Business Central you only enter the connector address and the API key. You receive both during setup.

The app is listed on the [Microsoft Marketplace](https://marketplace.microsoft.com/en-us/product/PUBID.tobiasghl1698658579854%7CAID.solutioo_7%7CPAPPID.3a856494-e1d2-4549-84b5-c2d0f8677f23).

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.solutioo.de/inoxision-archiv-connector/inoxisionarchivconnector_en_us/readme.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
