# Configuration

Enter the connector address and API key, then test the connection.

In Business Central, search for **Inoxision Configuration**. The page caption in the app is **SOUINO Configuration**. Where a German translation is installed, the page is **Inoxision-Konfiguration**.

{% stepper %}
{% step %}

### Connector address

Enter the HTTPS address in **Connector URL**. A production company accepts HTTPS only.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### API key

Enter the key in **Connector API Key**. It is encrypted immediately and is not shown again. **API Key Stored** then reads Yes.

**Clear API Key** removes the stored key.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Sign-in

Leave **Auth Mode** on **Authorization Bearer**. That is the intended sign-in.

Use **Custom Header** only when the connector explicitly requires it. **Trusted Non-Redirecting Proxy** must be turned on for that mode. The header name is **API Key Header Name** and defaults to `X-API-Key`.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Allowed document hosts

Leave **Allowed Document Hosts** empty when document links use the same host as the connector address. If they use another host, enter the host names separated by commas. A non-default port is written as `host:port`.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Test the connection

Choose **Validate Connector**. The check confirms sign-in and refuses a visible redirect.

Leave **Allow Non-HTTPS** off in production. It is only for a sandbox. Opened documents must still use HTTPS.
{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}

**Upload Contract** shows **Awaiting Contract**. Uploading documents to the archive is not part of this version.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.solutioo.de/inoxision-archiv-connector/inoxisionarchivconnector_en_us/getting-started/configuration.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
