# Magento-Gutschriften

Der Connector kann Magento Credit Memos herunterladen und im Dashboard anzeigen.

### Aktivierung

**Download Credit Memo** aktivieren und im Download Cockpit den Bereich Credit Memos verwenden. Die zugehörige Magento-Bestellung muss zuvor als Sales-Eintrag im Dashboard vorhanden sein; andernfalls kann die Gutschrift übersprungen werden.

### Download

Magento-ID, Auftragsbezug, Beträge und Positionen werden gespeichert. Prüfen Sie anschließend Dashboard und Meldungen.

### Kritische Grenzen der Belegerzeugung

Die vorhandene Routine erzeugt in Version 27.10.0.16 einen **Rahmenauftrag** statt einer BC-Verkaufsgutschrift. Die Dashboard-Aktion darf nicht als buchungsfähiger Gutschriftenprozess verstanden werden.

Zusätzlich verwendet dieser Pfad den konfigurierten **Default Logged Customer** statt zuverlässig des Kunden der Ursprungsbestellung, führt nicht dieselbe Steuer-/Versandvalidierung wie der normale Auftrag aus und verwendet für Positionen die Bestellmenge. Teilgutschriften, Steuer, Kunde und Währung können dadurch fachlich falsch sein.

### Sicheres Vorgehen

1. Originalbestellung zuerst laden.
2. Credit Memo nur herunterladen.
3. Daten fachlich mit Magento vergleichen.
4. BC-Verkaufsgutschrift nach freigegebenem Verfahren separat erfassen.
5. Verknüpfung und Buchung kontrollieren.
