# Rechnung hochladen und Status melden

Gebuchte Verkaufsrechnungen können an Magento gemeldet werden.

### Voraussetzungen

* Rechnung stammt aus verknüpftem Magento-Auftrag
* Magento Order ID vorhanden
* relevante Mengen geliefert/fakturiert
* Rechnung nicht bereits gemeldet

### Upload

1. gebuchte Verkaufsrechnung öffnen.
2. Magento-Auftrags- und Rechnungsfelder prüfen.
3. Upload Invoice ausführen.
4. Activity/API Log prüfen.
5. Magento Invoice und Auftragsstatus kontrollieren.

Das Konfigurationsfeld **Order Status on Invoice** wird vom Rechnungsupload in Version 27.10.0.16 nicht angewendet. Die Rechnung kann erfolgreich angelegt werden, ohne dass Magento auf den erwarteten Status wechselt.

### Sammellauf und Job Queue

Pending Invoices kann mehrere noch nicht gemeldete Rechnungen verarbeiten. Die Verwaltungs-Codeunit besitzt jedoch einen leeren `OnRun`-Einstieg und ist nicht direkt als funktionierender Job-Queue-Prozess geeignet. Verwenden Sie nur geprüfte Aktionen oder Wrapper.
