# Activity Log lesen

Das **Activity Log** ist die erste Anlaufstelle bei fachlichen Synchronisationsproblemen.

### Wichtige Felder

Datum/Uhrzeit, Webshop, Richtung, Modul/Entität, Schlüssel, Aktion, Erfolg, Meldung und Benutzer/Laufkontext.

### So lesen Sie einen Eintrag

1. richtigen Shop filtern.
2. Zeitraum und Datensatz eingrenzen.
3. Richtung und Aktion prüfen.
4. Meldung vollständig lesen.
5. korrespondierenden API-Call suchen.

### Typische Aussagen

* Mapping fehlt
* Zielobjekt existiert bereits
* Pflichtfeld/SKU fehlt
* API-Aufruf fehlgeschlagen
* Verarbeitung abgeschlossen
