# Getting Started & Orientation

This section guides you from technical preparation to your first successfully synchronized item and order.

### Recommended Sequence

1. Provision Magento REST API and Business Central sandbox.
2. Install the app and assign permissions.
3. Use the **Magento Shop Administrator** profile or open pages via search.
4. Start the Setup Wizard.
5. Test the connection and download initial data.
6. Complete payment, shipping, and tax mappings.
7. Review websites, Store Views, languages, and MSI sources.
8. Upload a simple test item and inventory.
9. Download a test order and verify the BC document.
10. Fully test shipment, tracking, and invoice.

A successful connection test only confirms API reachability and credentials. It does not replace the business validation of mappings, taxes, number series, locations, and documents.
