Posted sales shipments can be reported to Magento as a shipment. Tracking can be transferred separately or together.
Posted shipment originates from a linked Magento order
Magento Order ID present
Quantities not already fully reported
Shipping agent/service and tracking number maintained
Open the posted sales shipment.
Verify Magento fields.
Run Upload Shipment.
Run Upload Tracking if needed.
Verify Magento Shipment ID and status.
Agent Code/Service from the shipping mapping and the package tracking number are used. Verify the Magento carrier code.
Partial and multiple shipments must be tested separately. Repeated sending can lead to duplicate shipments if IDs are missing.
