Product prices and available quantities are transferred from Business Central to Magento. The connector preferably uses Magento Multi-Source Inventory (MSI) for stock.
The regular price is written from Unit Price during product upload. The app contains additional routines for price lists, special prices, and tier prices; however, a fully wired standard end-user process is not available.
Do not rely solely on "Upload Regular Price" or "Upload Customer Prices". Verify with a test item which price types are actually transferred.
Download MSI sources.
Map active sources to BC locations.
Select inventory mode Magento MSI.
Enable inventory upload.
Enable variant inventory if needed.
Test with a single item.
The app sums item ledger entry quantities per location and sends SKU, Source Code, Quantity, and Status.
Upload Negative Quantity is not evaluated in the MSI upload of this version. Negative quantities may be sent regardless of the toggle and will receive "Out of Stock" status.
