# Product Download Log and Restart

The Product Download Log documents large, batch-based product downloads.

### Fields

Start/End, Shop, Batch, Cursor/Last ID, SKU, Processed/Successful/Failed, Status, and Message.

### On Abort

1. Note the last successful record.
2. Check the error cause in the Activity/API Log.
3. Correct the mapping, attribute, or master data.
4. Restart the product download.
5. Verify that the cursor resumes correctly.

### No Manual Cursor Change

Only change cursor/start values if you understand how they work and what the consequences are.

{% hint style="warning" %}
Restarting with an incorrect start point can skip records or reprocess them unnecessarily.
{% endhint %}

### Final Verification

Compare total count, last ID, open errors, and spot checks in BC.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.solutioo.de/magento-2-api-connector/magento2_en_us/troubleshooting-and-support/product-download-log-and-restart.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
