If you have questions about uploading images or navigating to the item card the [First Steps](/picsart-image-editing-integration/picsartimageeditingintegration_en_us/features/first-steps.md) section will assist you.
{% endhint %}

#### Scale images

Navigate to the item card of the desired product in Microsoft Dynamics.

In the product image section open the drop-down menu by clicking on it. There you will find various options available for image editing.

To improve the image resolution select *“Upscale Image”.* A confirmation window will appear where you confirm the action by selecting *“Yes".*

You will then have two options available:

* **Upscale this Image to a higher resolution**\
  In this option the image is automatically upscaled using a predefined factor. This factor can be customized and then saved as the default value.
* **Upscale this Image with custom factor**\
  In this option you manually select the desired scaling factor. A new window will open allowing you to choose to upscale the image by 2x, 4x, 6x, or 8x.

After selecting an option the image will be upscaled to the desired quality and displayed accordingly.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.solutioo.de/picsart-image-editing-integration/picsartimageeditingintegration_en_us/features/scale-images.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
