# Produktbilder & Medien-Infos abrufen

<table data-view="cards"><thead><tr><th></th><th></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Shopware Image ID (Media-ID)</strong></td><td>Eindeutige Kennung der Mediendatei in Shopware.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Product Assignment ID</strong></td><td>Verknüpfung, die ein Medium einem konkreten Produkt zuordnet.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>isCover</strong></td><td>Kennzeichnet das Coverbild (Hauptbild) des Produkts.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Import from Main</strong></td><td>Markiert Bilder, die aus dem BC-Standardbild übernommen wurden.</td></tr></tbody></table>

{% stepper %}
{% step %}
**Zuordnungen laden**

Der Connector ruft den Shopware-Endpunkt für Produkt-Medien auf und erhält je Zuordnung die **Assignment-ID** und die **Media-ID**.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}
**Bilder abgleichen**

{% endstep %}

{% step %}
**Verwaiste Bilder erkennen**

{% endstep %}

{% step %}
**Ergebnis**

{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}

{% hint style="info" %}
{% endhint %}

**Fehlerbehebung**

<table data-view="cards"><thead><tr><th></th><th></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Bild ohne Zuordnung</strong></td><td>Product Assignment ID fehlt – Medien-Infos abrufen, um die Zuordnung nachzutragen.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Bild doppelt im Shop</strong></td><td>Verwaiste Zuordnung – der Medien-Abgleich entfernt überzählige Bilder in Shopware.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Kein Coverbild</strong></td><td>Standardbild importieren; das erste Bild wird als Cover gesetzt.</td></tr></tbody></table>

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.solutioo.de/shopware/daten-aus-shopware-download-and-matching/produktbilder-and-medien-infos-abrufen.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
