Bulk Upload Report (Shopware Upload Data)

The batch report Shopware Upload Data bundles many upload operations into a single run. It is suitable both for manual execution and for scheduled processing through the Job Queue.

Available options

Open data only	Process only records that have not been synchronized
Units	Upload units of measure
Categories	Upload open categories
Products	Items including units of measure, manufacturers, attributes, variants, media, and inventory
Customers	Upload web customers
Contacts (B2B users)	Upload B2B users
Customer price list	Upload prices (optionally filtered)
Delete orphaned prices	Remove unassigned Shopware prices
Order status	Report open statuses to Shopware

Tip: Use the Open data only option to keep runs short – only changed records are transferred.

Execution

• Manually: open the report, select the options, and run it.
• Scheduled: automate it with a Job Queue Entry.
