So that prices and orders are transferred with the correct currency code, the currencies of both systems must be mapped to each other. The connector loads the currencies defined in Shopware as part of the initial data and makes them available for mapping.
Setup
Load initial data
Use Load Shopware Initial Data to load the existing currencies from Shopware into the mapping table.
Check the mapping
In the Mapping Hub, map each Shopware currency to the matching BC currency (for example EUR ↔ EUR).
The local currency (LCY) in Business Central remains authoritative for accounting. For the shop, the mapped Shopware currency applies.
How it works together
Prices are transferred to Shopware in the mapped currency.
During the order import, the currency of the order is taken into account.
