# Customer Groups & Price Groups

**Customer groups** let you control which customers see which prices and terms in the shop – for example different prices for **B2B** and **B2C**. The connector loads the Shopware customer groups and lets you link them to the price structures in Business Central.

**Setup**

{% stepper %}
{% step %}
**Load initial data**

Use [Load Shopware Initial Data](/shopware/shopware6_en_us/configuration/load-shopware-initial-data.md) to load the customer groups from Shopware.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}
**Create the mapping**

Link the customer groups to the matching price groups or customer groups in BC. This allows you to transfer customer group–specific prices in a targeted way.
{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}

{% hint style="info" %}
For group-specific prices, the connector uses the advanced price rules. For details, see [Customer Group Prices (Rules)](/shopware/shopware6_en_us/price-and-inventory-management/customer-group-prices-rules.md) in the price section.
{% endhint %}

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.solutioo.de/shopware/shopware6_en_us/configuration/customer-groups-and-price-groups.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
