Customer Groups & Price Groups

Customer groups let you control which customers see which prices and terms in the shop – for example different prices for B2B and B2C. The connector loads the Shopware customer groups and lets you link them to the price structures in Business Central.

Load initial data

Use Load Shopware Initial Data to load the customer groups from Shopware.

Create the mapping

Link the customer groups to the matching price groups or customer groups in BC. This allows you to transfer customer group–specific prices in a targeted way.

For group-specific prices, the connector uses the advanced price rules. For details, see Customer Group Prices (Rules) in the price section.
