Set Up Sales Channels

With the connector, you can operate multiple sales channels through a single connection. First, the Shopware sales channels are mapped; you can then assign items specifically to one or more channels.

Basic setup

Load channels

Use Load Initial Data to import the Shopware sales channels.

Mark the default channel

In the Shopware Assignment (module Sales Channel), use is Selected to mark the default channels. Missing default channels are assigned to items automatically.

Assign items

On the Item Card, use the Sales Channel section to assign individual items to specific channels. For details, see the chapter Sales Channels on the Item.

For a product to be visible in the shop, it must be assigned to a sales channel. The connector sets the visibility automatically.
