Clean Restart via Reset

Sometimes a controlled rebuild makes sense – for example, after major changes or when moving to a new Shopware instance. The connector offers staged reset functions for this.

Staged resets

Reset	Effect
Reset VAT mapping	Rebuild the tax mappings
Reset customer mappings	Reset channel, group, salutation, and country mappings
Reset unit, attribute, and manufacturer IDs	Remove the links for individual master data records
Reset items / categories / price lists	Remove the links for these objects
Reset ALL Shopware data	Complete reset, followed by loading the initial data again

The complete reset removes all links and can delete Shopware objects. Only run it after consulting with your partner and after exporting your configuration.

Load the initial data, maintain the mappings, and then perform the Initial Catalog Transfer.
