Marketplace detection is an advanced feature and depends on your shop and marketplace connection. Contact us to find out whether it is available for your installation.
If your shop also serves marketplaces (for example, through a Channable integration for Kaufland, Amazon, eBay or Otto), the connector can detect such orders automatically.
How it works
Marketplace detection: orders from marketplaces are identified.
Assignment: the Marketplace Order ID and the Marketplace Source are used to assign the orders to the correct origin.
In addition, orders can be downloaded specifically by their order number.

This way, even with several sales channels and marketplaces, you keep track of where each order comes from – directly in the Order Dashboard.
