# SharePoint Documents

**Premium module.** The SharePoint connection requires the corresponding activation and a Microsoft 365 authorization.

With this module, you automatically transfer **product documents from SharePoint** to Shopware – for example, data sheets or manuals.

**Settings (excerpt)**

| Field                                  | Meaning                                             |
| -------------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------- |
| Enable SharePoint Documents            | Master switch                                       |
| Site host / site path                  | Addressing of the SharePoint site                   |
| Document library                       | Name of the library                                 |
| Folder pattern                         | For example, with a placeholder for the item number |
| Include file types / exclusion pattern | Control of the file selection                       |

**Authorization**

Access is granted through a **Microsoft 365 authorization** (Microsoft Graph). Alternatively, an Azure AD fallback (tenant ID, client ID, secret) is available.
