SharePoint Documents

Premium module. The SharePoint connection requires the corresponding activation and a Microsoft 365 authorization.

With this module, you automatically transfer product documents from SharePoint to Shopware – for example, data sheets or manuals.

Settings (excerpt)

Enable SharePoint Documents	Master switch
Site host / site path	Addressing of the SharePoint site
Document library	Name of the library
Folder pattern	For example, with a placeholder for the item number
Include file types / exclusion pattern	Control of the file selection

Authorization

Access is granted through a Microsoft 365 authorization (Microsoft Graph). Alternatively, an Azure AD fallback (tenant ID, client ID, secret) is available.

This way, product documents remain centrally maintained in SharePoint and still reach the shop automatically.
