# Lizenzzuweisung

## 1. Übersicht

Die VR Pay Integration verwendet ein zentrales Lizenzsystem:

* **Lizenzserver**: Verwaltet alle Installationen
* **Admin-Portal**: Web-Oberfläche zur Verwaltung
* **BC Extension**: Prüft Lizenz bei kritischen Aktionen

## 2. Lizenztypen

## 3. Lizenzprüfung

Die Lizenz wird geprüft bei:

#### Bei ungültiger Lizenz

Wenn die Lizenz ungültig oder deaktiviert ist:

* **Fehlermeldung**: "VR Pay Lizenz ungültig: \[Grund]"
* **Funktionen blockiert**: QR-Codes, Links, Gateways können nicht erstellt werden.
* **Webhooks**: Werden weiterhin verarbeitet.

## 4. Lizenz in BC prüfen

#### Status anzeigen

1. Öffnen Sie *"VR Pay Setup" / "VR Pay Einrichtung".*
2. Sehen Sie den *"Lizenzstatus"* im Bereich *"Lizenz".*
3. Oder klicken Sie oben in der Aktionsleiste auf *"Lizenz prüfen".*

## 5. Admin-Portal

Das Admin-Portal erreichen Sie unter:&#x20;

#### Funktionen

* **Installationen anzeigen**: Liste aller registrierten Installationen
* **Installation aktivieren/deaktivieren**: Per Klick auf Toggle-Symbol
* **Installation bearbeiten**: Lizenztyp ändern, Daten aktualisieren
* **Installation löschen**: Entfernt die Installation vollständig
* **Webhook-Zähler**: Zeigt verarbeitete Webhooks pro Installation

#### Installation aktivieren

1. Finden Sie die Installation in der Liste.
2. Klicken Sie auf das "*Toggle-Symbol"* (Kreis mit Haken).
3. Status wechselt auf *"Aktiv"* (grün)

## 6. Cache und Aktualisierung

Die Lizenz wird in BC gecached:

* **Cache-Dauer**: 60 Minuten
* **Manuelle Aktualisierung**: Klick auf *"Lizenz prüfen"*
* **Automatische Aktualisierung**: Bei jedem Webhook-Abruf

## 7. Registrierung neuer Installationen

Wenn eine neue BC-Installation zum ersten Mal startet:

1. BC sendet eine "*Registrierungsanfrage"* an den Lizenzserver.
2. Die Installation erscheint im Admin-Portal als *"Ausstehend".*
3. Ein Administrator muss die Installation *"aktivieren".*
4. Nach Aktivierung kann BC alle Funktionen nutzen.
