# Lizenzzuweisung

#### Lizenzen im Microsoft Admin Center zuweisen

Öffnen Sie <https://admin.microsoft.com>.

1. Navigieren Sie zu **Start** → **Lizenzen** → **Abonnements**.
2. Wählen Sie **VR Payment Gateway** (bzw. die von solutioo bereitgestellte Lizenz) aus.
3. Weisen Sie die Lizenz den gewünschten Benutzern zu.

#### Berechtigungen in Business Central zuweisen

1. Suchen Sie nach **Benutzer** und öffnen Sie die Benutzerverwaltung.
2. Wählen Sie den Benutzer und öffnen Sie **Benutzerberechtigungssätze**.
3. Fügen Sie eine neue Zeile hinzu und suchen Sie nach **VR Pmt** bzw. **VR Payment**.

Vollzugriff inkl. Einrichtung, API-Protokoll und aller Stammdatenhelfer. Für die Person, die Space-ID, API-Key und FIBU-Konten pflegt.

Alltag: Payment Links, Transaktionen, Rückzahlungen, Auszahlungen und Token. Die Einrichtung ist nur lesbar.

Die App erweitert die Standard-Berechtigungssätze **D365 BASIC** und **D365 FULL**, damit bestehende Rollen die neuen Felder auf Belegen nicht blockieren. Individuelle Rollen müssen Sie ggf. selbst ergänzen.
