# Automatische Synchronisierung

Der Zahlungsstatus kommt direkt von der VR Payment API. Dafür legt die Einrichtung einen Job-Queue-Eintrag an.

#### Job Queue aktivieren

1. Öffnen Sie **VR Payment Einrichtung**.
2. Wählen Sie **Job Queue aktivieren**.
3. Der Eintrag läuft wiederkehrend alle **15 Minuten**, an allen Wochentagen, mit bis zu 3 Versuchen.

Die Seite zeigt **Job Queue Status**, **Letzter Lauf** und ggf. den **letzten Fehler**.

#### Was der Lauf macht

1. Transaktionen synchronisieren
2. Rückzahlungen synchronisieren
3. Auszahlungen / Banktransaktionen synchronisieren
4. Zahlungstoken synchronisieren
5. Offene Links gegen Debitorenposten abgleichen (**Extern bezahlt**)
6. Abgelaufene Links schließen
7. Ablauf-Erinnerungen senden (wenn aktiviert)

Zusätzlich können Sie jederzeit **Synchronisieren** oder im Rollencenter **Alles mit VR Payment synchronisieren** ausführen.

Ein früherer Azure-Webhook-Listener ist nicht mehr nötig. Falls in der Einrichtung noch **VR Payment Webhook eingerichtet** angezeigt wird, entfernen Sie ihn über **Alten Azure-Webhook entfernen**.

Die Integration muss **Aktiviert** sein. Sonst beendet der Job den Lauf sofort, ohne die API aufzurufen.
