Assigning licences

Licences in the Microsoft admin center and permission sets in Business Central.

You need administrator rights for the following steps. Without them you will not see permission sets.

Assign licences in the Microsoft admin center

Open https://admin.microsoft.com.

1. Go to Home → Licenses → Subscriptions.
2. Select VR Payment Gateway (or the licence provided by solutioo).
3. Assign the licence to the required users.

Assign permissions in Business Central

1. Search for Users and open user management.
2. Select the user and open User permission sets.
3. Add a line and search for VR Pmt or VR Payment.

VR Payment Administrator

Full access including setup, API log, and master-data helpers. For the person who maintains Space ID, API key, and G/L accounts.

VR Payment User

Day-to-day work: payment links, transactions, refunds, payouts, and tokens. Setup is read-only.

VR Payment Read

View links, transactions, and logs only – no changes or posting.

The app extends the standard D365 BASIC and D365 FULL permission sets so existing roles are not blocked by the new document fields. Custom roles may need a manual update.
