QR code and clickable pay button on orders and invoices.

Dedicated reports

The app ships two RDLC reports with a shared payment card (QR code and clickable Pay securely online button):

• Sales invoice with QR code – action Print invoice with VR Payment on the posted invoice
• Sales order with QR code – action Print order with VR Payment on the order

Hyperlinks in the PDF are enabled (EnableHyperlinks). The full URL is printed underneath as a fallback.

Standard invoice report

A report extension adds QR code and payment-link fields to the standard sales invoice report (1306). Visibility is controlled by the print rule.

When the QR code appears

1. The integration is enabled.
2. The print rule allows the document.
3. Invoice print mode includes QR code and/or link.
4. There is an active payment link. Paid, expired, or cancelled links no longer produce a QR code.

Quotes and unposted invoices have no VR Payment print. Print from the order or the posted invoice.
