# Payment Links erstellen

Ein Payment Link ist die URL, unter der der Kunde bei VR Payment bezahlt. Die App erzeugt ihn über die Gateway-API inkl. Rechnungspositionen (`lineItems`).

#### Wo Sie Links erzeugen

| Beleg                     | Aktion                                       |
| ------------------------- | -------------------------------------------- |
| Gebuchte Verkaufsrechnung | **Payment Link erstellen**                   |
| Verkaufsauftrag           | **Payment Link erstellen** (z. B. Vorkasse)  |
| Verkaufsangebot           | **Payment Link erstellen** (z. B. Anzahlung) |

Die Druckregel muss den Beleg erlauben, sonst erscheint eine klare Fehlermeldung.

#### Automatisch beim Buchen

Wenn **Automatisch Payment Link erstellen** aktiv ist, legt die App beim Buchen der Verkaufsrechnung einen Link an. Existiert bereits ein aktiver Link am Auftrag oder Angebot, wird er auf die gebuchte Rechnung **übertragen** (Quelltyp und Belegnummer werden umgeschrieben) – es entsteht kein zweiter Link.

#### Status

| Status             | Bedeutung                                                                      |
| ------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Aktiv**          | Offener Link, QR-Code wird angezeigt.                                          |
| **Bezahlt**        | Mindestens eine abgeschlossene Zahlung.                                        |
| **Abgelaufen**     | Gültig-bis überschritten (Job Queue oder manuelle Aktion).                     |
| **Storniert**      | Manuell oder nach externem Ausgleich storniert.                                |
| **Extern bezahlt** | Rechnung außerhalb von VR Payment ausgeglichen, Link bei VR Payment storniert. |

Weitere Aktionen am Beleg: **Payment Status aktualisieren**, **Payment Link stornieren**, **Transaktionen anzeigen**.

Die `externalId` enthält Belegnummer plus Zeitstempel. So können Sie für denselben Beleg nach einer Stornierung einen neuen Link erzeugen.

Adressdaten werden als URL-Parameter mitgegeben und auf der Zahlungsseite vorausgefüllt. `billingAddressHandlingMode` ist `NOT_REQUIRED`, damit fehlende Straßenangaben die Zahlung nicht blockieren. Der QR-Code nutzt die kurze Basis-URL ohne Adressparameter.
