# License Acquisition

You can easily purchase the **DHL Connector by solutioo** through **Microsoft AppSource**.\
To ensure our customers enjoy the best possible user experience, our team also offers a **free Microsoft Teams session** where you can get to know the DHL Connector and ask any questions you may have.\
During this session, it’s also possible to discuss **custom requirements** for the connector.

## **How does the license acquisition process work?**

Search for **“DHL”** or **“solutioo”** in **Microsoft AppSource** and select the **DHL Connector by solutioo** — or simply use the following link:

After clicking the **“Buy now”** button, the AppSource wizard will guide you through the entire licensing process.\
You need **at least one license per company** in Business Central. The app can be installed directly on your **live system**, as it includes an integrated **sandbox feature**.

To allow other users besides the administrator to use the DHL Connector, you’ll need to **purchase and assign additional licenses**, just as you would for other Business Central apps.\
\
The DHL Connector includes **two permission sets**, which the administrator can assign to individual users:

* **Full Access** – with access to the configuration level
* **Standard User Access** – with limited permissions

**IMPORTANT:**\
Every purchased license includes **full access rights** and can be used either with the full or reduced permission set. There is **no discounted license** for users with limited access.

The license fee is billed **monthly** and includes:

* An **Azure service** that handles batch label printing
* **Support** for questions and troubleshooting
* The **license for using the DHL Connector**, including regular **updates**
